Why and how we take care olive trees
In everything we do, our belief is to elevate the living conditions of the person with positive effects for the community. Our way of doing that, it's thinking the olive grove as a Nature Reserve, where different species of animals live and various spontaneous plants grow, in addition to olives. It is a real green lung that absorbs CO2 into the atmosphere and protects biodiversity . For this reason:
We take care of the vegetation with simple pruning
We cut the grass and bury it, together with the pruning waste, to give organic vegetable substance to the soil and prevent fires
In all this, we happen to produce an excellent natural extra virgin olive oil
