" An olive grove cannot be seen only as a field to be cultivated to produce extra virgin olive oil. It must be managed as a natural reserve for:

• purify the air we breathe;

• protect the different species of animals and spontaneous plants that live within it and useful four our survival;

• provide healthy extra virgin olive oil;

• and distribute income and services to the rural communities that care for them.

These are the reasons that have guided the recovery plan for abandoned olive trees in Calabria since 2015, the year the company was founded, with the aim of extending it throughout the Italian territory."
